RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

You can return any purchase for a full refund. Free shipping is available in the continental United States as a courtesy provided you meet all of the criteria detailed below.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to exchange one item for another. If you are not satisfied with an item, please return it to us for a full refund (using our courtesy free shipping within the continental United States). You can simply place another order.

Please contact Lori Silverman® Shoes (Lsil & Co.®, Inc.) at sales@LoriSilvermanShoes.com immediately upon receipt of your order if there are any issues.

Purchases and/or Returns may not be shipped to P.O. Boxes.

All returned items must be in their original condition. In other words, any items returned need to be 100% new for refund. The returned items cannot be worn, scuffed, scratched or dirty on the uppers or on the protective polymer on the sole. It is strongly recommended that you ONLY walk on carpet when you are trying on shoes and deciding to keep them to protect the soles of the shoes. All returned items must be accompanied by the original sales invoice received via email upon placing your order. All returned items must also include the original shoebox and satin shoe bag. All items sent back for refund must be returned to us within fourteen (14) days from the date of delivery. For example, your return shipment must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days from receipt of your order. A pre-paid, return shipping label is available upon request as a courtesy and for your convenience within the continental United States. See details below under "HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM". All items not returned new, 100% in their original condition, will not be accepted for return or refund, and will be returned to you. Lori Silverman® Shoes and Lsil & Co.®, Inc. reserve the right to refuse any merchandise that does not meet the requirements described above. If your package is not accepted, it will be sent back to you and a refund will not be processed.

Should you decide to use a carrier of your choice for a return, please email info@LoriSilvermanShoes.com to request mailing address details.

Lori Silverman® Shoes and Lsil & Co.®, Inc. will not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event a return package is lost, stolen or mishandled. Please keep all tracking details for your records.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

We try to keep sufficient stock of items on our website. However, we may occasionally sell out of certain styles. If we are out of stock on an item that you've ordered, we will notify you via e-mail. You will then have the option to:

(1) keep your original order after receiving an anticipated date of delivery. All items are handmade in Italy and can take approximately twelve (12) weeks for our craftsman to complete; or

(2) request a full refund.

We reserve the right to limit the quantity of products we supply, supply only part of an order or to divide up orders.

REFUNDS AND PROCESSING TIME

Every effort will be made to ensure a prompt refund.

Once your return is received, it will be inspected. If the condition of the merchandise is acceptable, in other words, meets the criteria described above, a credit will be issued to the original form of payment within ten (10) business days of receipt. Please note that depending on your financial institution, it may take additional days for the credit to post to your account. An email notification will be sent to you once your return has been processed.

HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?

1. Simply fill out all of the information requested on the Return Form by clicking here.

2. Place the item in the original box that it was delivered in. Please including the original shoebox, satin shoe bag and the original sales invoice that you received via email when placing the order. Tape up your box.

3. Please email us at sales@LoriSilvermanShoes.com to request a pre-paid return shipping label. We will prepare the label and send it to you via email. Once received, print and affix it to the outside of the box.
